Tech company pedigree. Boutique experience.
Ola Law was founded on a simple idea: tech companies and those buying tech deserve legal counsel that moves at their pace and speaks their language.
Our attorneys came out of in-house roles at high-growth private and public companies. We've sat on your side of the table as a shipper and buyer — and we build our practice around what actually helps you ship and grow, including selling your products to the Fortune 5 and preparing you for an exit.
We offer alternative billing solutions. We don't hand off your matter to a junior. And we don't make you wait a week for a simple answer.
If we don't have the expertise at Ola Law, we partner with other experienced boutique law firms to get you advice you need - whether it's in the US or internationally.
- · Partner-led on every matter
- · Tech-forward: tech adoption to move quickly
- · Async-first
- · Same-week turnaround on most asks
- · Direct line to a real human
