What's included in a flat fee or subscription model?
A defined scope agreed upfront. Anything that falls outside is quoted before we start — no surprise invoices. Subscription hours are dedicated to you per month and do not roll over; however, you can cancel at any time.
If I choose a subscription model, can I change tiers later?
Yes. Some clients choose to start with a lower tier of subscription (ex. 8 hours per month) then want to upgrade to a higher tier as they get more customers (ex. 15 hours per month).
Do you do hourly work?
Yes, we do hourly work for smaller projects or projects where you prefer not to pay a flat fee or subscription.
